Our mission is to listen to you, guide you with honesty and design a personalised protocol that resolves your doubts and enhances your image with complete safety.
Ageing skin.
Skin ageing manifests as volume loss, sagging and wrinkles. It can be treated by restoring tissues with hyaluronic acid and stimulating collagen with biostimulators. Some dynamic wrinkles are effectively treated with botulinum toxin.

Tired appearance. In a tired appearance, the face can look dull due to progressive loss of support and elasticity. Treatment is based on restoring volumes, improving skin quality and repositioning tissues using hyaluronic acid, regenerative medicine or PDO threads. The goal is to restore freshness without altering expression.

Flat lips and barcode lip lines.
Over time, lips lose definition and perioral wrinkles appear. Dermal fillers allow us to redefine contours, improve hydration and rejuvenate the area in a subtle, balanced way, respecting facial harmony.

Double chin.
A double chin can be due to fat accumulation, sagging skin or lack of jawline definition. Treatment combines reduction of localised fat, improvement of skin firmness and jawline definition to achieve a more sculpted profile.

Bruxism / Teeth grinding.
Bruxism generates muscle overload, jaw pain and frequent headaches. Botulinum toxin relaxes the involved muscles, reduces night-time grinding and improves sleep quality, with a medical and functional approach.

Hyperhidrosis.
Excessive sweating can seriously affect quality of life. Botulinum toxin allows us to controllably block sweat gland activity, offering effective and long-lasting control of excess sweating.

Hair loss (Alopecia).
When hair follicles are still viable, it is possible to stimulate their activity using regenerative medical treatments. The goal is to strengthen existing hair, improve its quality and halt the progression of hair loss.

Sagging skin.
Sagging appears due to decreased collagen and elastin. Medical biostimulator treatments activate collagen production, improving firmness and the adherence of skin to deeper planes.

Under-eye hollows (Tear troughs).
Under-eye hollows usually appear due to loss of fat compartments and sagging of the periocular skin. They are corrected by repositioning and filling these tissues, safely and naturally improving the tired, aged look of the eyes.

Ageing hands.
With age, hands lose volume and veins and tendons become visible. Dermal fillers allow us to restore these spaces, improving appearance and restoring a younger, healthier look.

Low immunity.
A weakened immune system can benefit from IV fluid therapy (suerotherapy), which provides key vitamins, minerals and antioxidants to optimise the immune response and promote better recovery. See also: Lack of energy.

Lack of energy.
Persistent tiredness may be related to nutritional deficiencies. Intravenous fluid therapy allows essential nutrients to be administered directly and effectively, improving energy, concentration and overall performance.

Migraine.
Botulinum toxin is an approved treatment for chronic migraine. It works by reducing muscular and neurological hyperactivity, decreasing the frequency and intensity of episodes.

Poor weight control.
When diet and exercise are not enough, there may be a metabolic or hormonal imbalance. Medical weight control assesses these variables to design a personalised plan that prioritises health, metabolism and sustainable results.

Chronic inflammation.
Oxidative stress accelerates ageing and promotes inflammatory processes. IV fluid therapy allows the administration of potent antioxidants that help protect cells and maintain internal balance.

Localised fat.
There are fat deposits that do not respond to diet or exercise. Using specific substances, it is possible to destroy localised fat in a controlled manner, improving body contour without surgery.

Acne / Rosacea.
With specific medical treatments, it is possible to regulate sebum production, keep pores open and reduce inflammation. The goal is to control flare-ups, improve skin texture and safely and sustainably prevent relapses.

FAQ
Young adults (20-30 years): Preventive and optimisation approach: stimulating skin quality, delaying early expression lines (baby Botox), or subtly harmonising features.
Mature adults (35-55 years and older): Restoration and rejuvenation approach: restoring lost volume, stimulating collagen, and softening dynamic wrinkles.
People undergoing body changes: Patients who have lost significant weight with residual sagging, or those seeking to complement a healthy lifestyle by addressing localised fat that doesn't respond to diet or exercise.
Controlled general health: If you have chronic conditions (diabetes, hypertension, autoimmune diseases), they must be well controlled and sometimes have approval from your specialist.
Realistic expectations: Understanding that aesthetic medicine enhances your own version, but does not transform your face into someone else's or imitate social media filters.
Emotional stability: The desire for treatment must come from personal motivation to feel better, not as an attempt to resolve personal, relationship, or work crises through the mirror.
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding: for safety and lack of ethical studies, we do not perform injectable or advanced device treatments during this period.
- Active infections in the area: herpes outbreaks, inflamed acne, or skin infection in the area to be treated – the procedure is postponed until the skin heals.
- Use of certain medications: anticoagulants or photosensitising agents (such as isotretinoin for acne) require a pause or waiting period.
Absolute or high-risk contraindications:
- Severe autoimmune diseases (lupus, scleroderma): may react unpredictably to dermal fillers.
- History of keloid scarring: tendency to thick, deforming scars – procedures causing deep micro-injuries or skin traction are avoided.
- Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD): a psychiatric condition with obsessive, distorted concern over imperceptible or non-existent defects. In these cases, treatments are never satisfying and our medical ethics dictate refusing the procedure and referring to mental health.
Immediate or within hours: Hyaluronic acid fillers (lips, under-eye hollows, double chin, hands), PDO threads, IV drips.
Within days (3-7): Botulinum toxin for wrinkles, bruxism, hyperhidrosis, migraine.
Progressive (weeks or months): Collagen stimulators, PRP, hair loss treatments, weight control, acne/rosacea improvement.
We will explain the timeline in your assessment.
